We are pleased to announce further updates to SiteMail! We are continuing to improve SiteMail according to your direct feedback.

Improved:

IMAP append command so that sent messages are accurately saved to the Sent Folder.
Viewing options for calendar entries.
Performance to minimize page load times when creating Address book groups.

Added:

Advanced Interface to make the Address book, Advanced Mail Interface and Calendar available to Mozilla/Firefox users.
Address autocomplete so when you begin typing a name that is in your address book, the "To" field of your message is automatically populated.
A page navigation menu on the email list frame so you can navigate between message pages more easily and use the previous/next buttons to change the message page.
Time converter that automatically changes message timestamp to your local time zone.
Full character translation support allows you to see any special character when sending and receiving emails.

You can now synchronize your SiteMail 4.7 account with Microsoft^TM Outlook^TM.

By doing so, your Microsoft^TM Outlook^TM Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks data with your SiteMail 4.7 Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks data (and visa versa.)

When it comes to SiteMail, things just keep getting better! With the help of your feedback, we've made the following improvements on SiteMail 4.6:

Advanced interface now supports email forwarding, auto responders, quota information and Outlook configuration, all found under the "Settings" menu.
Option to have SiteMail load in the main window, instead of a pop-up, by selecting your login preference in the login drop down box.
Flexibility to select a time zone to properly stamp emails.
Added tool tips for SiteMail icons that identify their purpose.

We appreciate your continued feedback on SiteMail and are pleased to announce that we've made the following updates to make using SiteMail 4.5.3 better than ever.

Streamlined the login page to provide easier access to application resources, news and updates.
The phantom deletion problem, characterized by selecting an email to be deleted, but seeing a different email (typically the one below it), has been fixed.
Addressed the problem some Microsoft Internet Explorer users were experiencing with a login timeout screen. If some users still experience this problem, they should continue to report it.
